Sends from Metro Evals to the person's Connecteam chat. Agency messages are copy-only (agencies are not in Connecteam). Patient names are never filled in; only a last name if you entered one.
Clinician availability (from Connecteam)
Shifts already on each clinician's calendar out of their daily eval limit (set it on the Calendar view), plus unavailable time and approved time off. Tap a day to rank clinicians by who has the most room that day. Tap a box for the details.
PTA / COTA Availability
Mark who has room this week. Add their territory so the tool can suggest the right clinician.

Evals that have sat too long at a step, worst first. Fix the step on the board or QA tab and it drops off this list.
One Metro login works here and in the quote tool. A new or reset login gets a temporary password, shown once.
π Connecteam Calendar
When an assigned eval has a visit date and time, a shift is created for that clinician in Connecteam. Changing or clearing the visit, reassigning, or cancelling the eval updates or removes it. Shifts carry only discipline, city, zip and agency, never patient info.

Prefer-to-work entries (and notes like "2 evals") appear only for ones added after the webhook was turned on.
